To register and maintain an account on viptools, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
viptools reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by viptools may result in account suspension or closure.

viptools reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where the account is being used in violation of these Terms.
viptools supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the viptools Wallet section. Deposits are generally credited instantly. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
All funds deposited into your viptools Wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. viptools reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend any account where the source of funds cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
viptools complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. Transactions that trigger AML reporting thresholds will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. viptools may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until full KYC is completed. viptools reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the viptools Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
The viptools name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of viptools. You may not use any viptools trademark without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, viptools, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
viptools's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your viptools Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by viptools's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
viptools collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
viptools will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.
viptools reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon termination for breach, viptools may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable AML obligations.
You may close your account at any time by contacting viptools support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact viptools support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. viptools will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
viptools reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
